About our Leader

A veteran of the Managed Health Care industry, Dr. Winchester has been developing and leading client-facing teams and initiatives for nearly three decades.   Soon after completion of his BS, PharmD and Residency in Managed Care Pharmacy Practice, Joe jumped right into the booming PBM and pharmacy-focused health care business of the late '90s.   Starting as an onsite Clinical Pharmacist, he was immediately immersed in the growing challenges and opportunities that this industry provides.  

Now, more than twenty five years and eight corporate mergers later, Dr. Winchester has led most all aspects of the pharmacy benefit management programs for some of the largest and most prominent health organizations in the country.

Joe currently resides outside of Columbia, South Carolina with his wife Tracey and two (of their seven) children.   The Winchesters are very active as leaders in their church and as full-time volleyball parents.
